Step Four: Emotion

In today’s meditation, get into the silence and the compassionate states . State that your manifestation-desire as though you already have what you would like. Yesterday, you made the relationship, and what you need is yours - it’s completely yours, therefore say it that way:“I now have my wonderful new car”;“I really like my new job, together with my enhanced salary”;“I and my soul mate have found each other, and life is superb.”

Let yourself feel happy and thankful that you have what you want. Give that everything you’ve asked for has been awarded to you.

If your meditation is over, you might feel an urge to do something - make a phone call, or talk to somebody. This impulse arrives without emotion. This is your instinct at work. It’s been triggered by your own meditations, and will allow you to manifest.

Measure 5: Will
